NETMedia has attained Gold Certified status in the Microsoft Partner Program with competencies in Networking Infrastructure Solutions and ISV/Software Solutions. Through this Gold status, Microsoft recognizes our expertise and proven ability in providing customer satisfaction with Microsoft products and technology.
The Networking Infrastructure Solutions Competency demonstrates our knowledge of building solutions based on Microsoft technologies, such as setting up networks using Windows Server 2003.
The ISV/Software Solutions Competency recognizes the skill we possess in developing and marketing packed softwares based on Microsoft technologies.
How did we achieve the Gold Status?
One of the requirements for attaining Gold Certified Status is to declare one Microsoft Competency. Microsoft Competencies are designed to help differentiate a partner’s capabilities with specific Microsoft technologies. NETMedia achieved 2 competencies by:
- Testing Uniview product (see NETPoint CMS)
- Encouraging employees to pass Microsoft exams and to become Microsoft certified Professionals
- Submitting customer references
We also participate in Microsoft customers' satisfaction survey to know how our customers percieve the quality of our services and therefore to improve according to their comments.
