We have built over the past 10 years a culture of excellence. We ensure that our people get acquainted and work with the latest technologies; we encourage a team environment and work together around ambitious projects. The IT world is moving fast and clients expect more and more from new technologies. To stay ahead of the curve, NETMedia strongly encourages its people to learn and to develop their skills. Therefore, our developers are either Microsoft or Macromedia certified – depending on their field of work. Continual efforts in learning and development ensure personal achievement and lead to great results.
- Knowledge Sharing
Because exchanging ideas and knowledge is necessary to achieve performance and solidarity, we invite our people to connect all together through our Intranet Portal. People learn and collaborate through: a newsroom, a knowledge base, projects, best practices etc… Our people are therefore fully involved in our activities and new employees get quickly a deep understanding of how we work.
- Supportive work environment
We strive to make people feel as comfortable as possible while they're at work so they can focus on doing their best.
